The eclectic collection of his youthful endeavors (night manager at a shady hotel in Rome, photographer, dishwasher, antiques salesman) and his love of literature have culminated in his passion for telling stories.<\/p>\n<p>After a major in economics and a minor in comparative literature in Rome, he moved to Milan, where he worked as operational risk analyst for an NGO and met the love of his life. The two came to California for their honeymoon and never left.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Alessandro is the author of two completed novels, currently undergoing editing, with a third novel in progress. His short fiction has received recognition from literary journals, including selection for the inaugural issue of the Jaded Jesters Society and shortlist recognition from After Happy Hour Review.
